This was a Welsh Congregational Chapel erected in 1859. A long-time minister of this chapel was Thomas Jones, the 3rd son of Capt Thomas Jones of Cefnmeysydd Uchaf. This minister was the great-grandfather of Anthony Armstrong-Jones, The Lord Snowdon, who was married to HRH Princess Margaret.
