Keen of Hamar
Keen of Hamar
You wouldn't believe that this dry rocky ground could be a National Nature Reserve, but in fact the unusual rock of the Unst ophiolite supports a unique flora, and the Keen of Hamar is set aside to preserve this. In the middle distance is Harold's Wick, with the hill of Saxa Vord beyond.
