From the A337. Access to the Police Station is in there on the left; to the Magistrates Court by turning right after the second car and traversing a curious raised wooden walkway whereupon you come upon a typical 1960s matchbox with peeling paintwork. Presumably there is also a vehicular entrance elsewhere which I didn't find.
