The former Swan and Edgar department store was reborn as Tower Records in the mid 1980s. Since then, it has had a few tenants, the most recent being Zavvi, which closed at the start of 2009. The building is now being prepared to house the first UK presence of Dutch fashion retailer, The Sting. It is due to open in summer 2010.
