TG2109 : Dolphin Inn, Norwich
Norwich, Norfolk, Great Britain

Dolphin Inn, Norwich
Currently under conversion to a Chiropractic Centre, it was until recently the Dolphin Inn. The plaque outside states :
"Formerly the palace of Bishop Joseph Hall 1574 - 1656
Bishop of Norwich from 1644 until 1647 when he was forced to retire when his cathedral had been pillaged and desecrated"
It was however originally the residence of Richard Browne, a Sheriff of Norwich whose initials and arms can be found over the doorway with the date 1587.
