taken 12 years ago, near to Stainland, Calderdale, Great Britain

Short-cut footpath, Stainland
Short-cut footpath, Stainland
Dog Lane and Stainland Dean gradually converge, and this footpath is a short cut between them. It must have been important, as it is built on an embankment with a retaining wall on the downstream side, and the stream culverted underneath.
