'Edinburgh's Disgrace,' Calton Hill
Originally intended as a copy of the Parthenon, and built in memory of those who lost their lives in the Napoleonic wars. Funding ran out after the first twelve pillars. The tower to the left is dedicated to Lord Nelson and is built in the shape of a telescope.
