Where's the forest gone?
A view across Grimston Warren, west of Kings Lynn, towards an old tower. A few years ago this area was covered with trees as shown on OS maps and also on a picture by Ben Harris, see link Link
The entire area looks quite barren now although it has been entirely replanted with tiny new trees it will never be a forest in my lifetime. Maybe someone will link back to this photograph in 30 years time?
