Approaching Robin Hood's Clump, Ibsley Common, New Forest
This footpath approaches Robin Hood's Clump from South Gorley along a spur of the Ibsley Common plateau. The pine trees in the clump were planted by Lord Normanton in 1931 to replace the previous trees that were destroyed by a heath fire. Beneath the trees is a Bronze Age disc barrow.
