Yet another canal-side pub, but this one eschews road traffic because the front of the pub is firmly facing the canal (the Shropshire Union) as can be seen! The pub also has a nicely tended garden as this shot SJ7725 : The Anchor Inn, High Offley shows, but this is the view thirsty boatmen (and women) would have, and still get. I don't know what they did for the horses though!!
