Looking West along "Point of Nichol's Croo"
The shoreline around Point of Nichol's Croo consists of sandstone bedrock reefs separated by gravel and cobble beaches. Bedrock is never far away though. Incidentally, the wind turbines in the far distance are on Burger Hill, Evie, on Orkney's Mainland.
