Un-named ford across an un-named water course, New Forest
The stream that flows along the axis of Matley Bog joins the Beaulieu River a short distance to the east (right) of here. This ford looks well used by animals, but is not so good for people who want to keep their feet dry. It is possible to cross a little further downstream where a pebbly island has formed in the middle of the stream.
