Tithe Barn Monk wood
Tithe Barn Monk wood
The tithe barn is a Grade II listed building perhaps from as early as the 1600s that was reconstructed through the 18th or early 19th century. There is an even longer association between the surrounding land belonging to the church going back to when William King of Scotland granted land to the priory of Hexham. The tithe barn is on Isaac's Tea Trail heritage walk near Monk farm.
