Wind-clipped blackthorn
Wind-clipped blackthorn
By the Dunsley road these blackthorns hug the bank.
When the wind blows salt spray from the Sea the new growth is scorched back creating the appearance of a clipped hedge.
Wild honeysuckle scrambles through the branches.
