St. Mary's Church, Rimswell
St. Mary's Church, Rimswell
Built in around 1800, the brick church in Rimswell has apparently been abandoned. Some bodies were reportedly taken from the nearby village of Owthorne and reburied in the graveyard here between about 1790 and 1840, as most of the old village of Owthorne gradually disappeared into the sea.
