SN1032 : Fake stone circle

taken 7 years ago, 3 km from Brynberian, Pembrokeshire/Sir Benfro, Great Britain

Fake stone circle
Fake stone circle
Part of the area of rock outcrops known as Cerrigmarchogion, this 'stone circle' is anchored firmly in the ground. The steeply dipping strata cause the rocks to fracture in planes at about 60 degrees with the horizontal, giving the outcrops this angular appearance.
