Former railway bridge at the bottom of Harby Hill
Former railway bridge at the bottom of Harby Hill
This humpbacked bridge carries the Harby to Waltham road over the abandoned GN&LNWJt Railway - closed in the 1960s - which once carried passengers from Nottingham to Northampton, Derbyshire coal to London and Leicestershire iron ore to the blast furnaces at Stanton and Staveley.
