Recently topped grassland
Recently topped grassland
"Topping" during the grazing season helps control perennial weeds and cuts off seed heads from grass. This promotes more leaf growth in the grass to provide later livestock grazing. This estate is also a fully organic farm so topping is the main line defence against perennial weeds. SJ0543 : Grass topping machine
