You can see for miles and miles
Harby Hill is 158m (532ft) above sea level, and on a clear day you can see with the naked eye (and, here, through the zoom lens of a camera) due north across the north of the Vale of Belvoir and up the Trent Valley as far as the cooling towers of High Marnham (dead) and Cottam (alive) power stations just right of centre, over 30 miles away, and still further, on the left, West Burton power station. The tall spire of Newark Church is on the extreme right. It's a pity about the telephone wires across the middle of the picture.
