Cruck Framed Barn, Greenfield
Cruck Framed Barn, Greenfield
The barn is listed and it is thought that it dates from the late 18th century. The cruck frame is not made of large curved sections but of smaller jointed and pegged timbers. There is a corresponding door on the opposite side of the building which means that it may have been used as a threshing barn (ref LinkExternal link ).
