Unusual place for a nesting box
Unusual place for a nesting box
There are several old telegraph poles which now have nesting boxes fixed to them along this narrow nature reserve.
This nature reserve and cycle path runs from Rings End near Guyhirn to the Twenty Foot River north of March. It has been created on the raised embankment which once carried the GE & GN Joint Line from Spalding to March over the fenland and closed in November 1982.
