Staines Reservoirs causeway
Staines Reservoirs causeway
When the back to back reservoirs were completed in 1902 they were separated by this dead straight approximately one kilometre long causeway. The causeway is a public right of way and popular with bird-watchers. The high galvanised railings soon drop to a lower level affording uninterrupted views across both reservoirs.
