This memorial, in the form of a broken column, contains the names of the soldiers (Milwyr) and seamen (Morwyr) lost in the two World Wars. Seven soldiers and six seamen were lost in WWI and one soldier and two seamen lost in WWII. One seaman, William Roberts of Lon Llan lost on the Welsh crewed London registered SS Cymrian, was only 15 years of age.
