NN3691 : Burn of Agie

taken 8 years ago, near to Falls of Roy [water Feature], Highland, Great Britain

Burn of Agie
Burn of Agie
Meanders in the Burn of Agie. The low water has revealed shingle banks on the inside, while the faster water on the outside of the bends is continuing to erode outwards. The burn has lost a lot of energy now that it is on the flat glen floor after a fast descent along a steep bed profile.
