The re-faced flint walls contain a medieval building which was refurbished in the 16th century and partially rebuilt in the 18th century. The 'birdbath' font > LinkExternal link dates from this time. The chancel stalls have C17 backs and unusual carvings > LinkExternal link of figures, and the in the nave the best display of hatchments to the Walpole and Cholmondeley families can be seen.
