Waitrose supermarket, Sandbach
Waitrose supermarket, Sandbach
The supermarket was built as infill development at the same time as (or shortly after) the Sandbach inner relief road. It was originally Safeway, then Morrisons and finally Waitrose.
Sandbach shops, markets and pubs
Sandbach is a historic market town and also retains more independent shops and pubs than most small towns. But many have changed hands in recent years and so I have started a photographic record of them. The first set are from New Year's Eve 2012 (plus a few from 2010) and others followed through 2013 and 2014.
