NT9138 : Large Bindweed (Calystegia sylvatica)
near to Crookham, Northumberland, Great Britain

Large Bindweed (Calystegia sylvatica)
Larger flowers and the strongly inflated bracteoles visible in the flower buds make this identification seem more likely than that of Hedge Bindweed (C. sepium), although they are very similar plants and regularly hybridize.
