Scarlet Tiger Moth, The Butts, Biddestone
Scarlet Tiger Moth, The Butts, Biddestone
This moth was having a rest day on some flowers in The Butts. I've been informed that any road with the name Butts in it would once have been used for archery practice in the days when the local squire raised local militia. The moth was kindly identified by Rob Farrow. More about it here LinkExternal link
