The inscription reads 'Culquoich Howff 1682', Restored 1899.
Can anyone please interpret? And where is the carved Pictish stone that once stood close to this enclosure? The one currently inside the old kirk building does not conform to the one shown at NJ4306 : Migvie Cross.
