Stone dykes, stile and upland grazing
Stone dykes, stile and upland grazing
A typical Yorkshire Dales National Park stile helps protect the dykes from damage caused by high visitor numbers. The metal box on the left is a lamb creep feeder where the lambs can get extra rations but the access is too small for the ewes to get in. The fields all around are typical of this area.
