Ganilly Bar from near Pelistry
Ganilly Bar is a sandbank only visible at particularly low tides. This photo was taken from near Pelistry on St Mary's across to St Martins. The two islands in the foreground, joined by a rocky bank are Great and Little Ganninick. The sandbar is visible beyond this. The brown promontory just in front of the sandbar (to the far right) is the edge of Little Ganilly. The larger green island visible beyond this is probably Nornour.
