ST0366 : Reed Warbler - East Aberthaw

Reed Warbler - East Aberthaw
Reed Warbler - East Aberthaw
Changes in the configuration of ash tips adjacent to the lagoon at which this was taken led to a decline in the numbers of Reed and Sedge Warblers in the area during the early to late 1980's. It is pleasing to see that nature is, as ever, recovering to some extent and with the regrowth of reeds and scrub both species are regaining a foot hold here.
