Signs of an old harbour
Signs of an old harbour
This line of rocks show where there was once a wall that provided a safe little harbour. At high tide, the rocks cannot be seen and, at low tide, they are simply rocks amongst many other rocks. Normally, the sea breaks over them, disguising their form. It's only when the tide creeps in or out gently that it is shown that rocks had once been piled up for shelter. One can even see that there had been an entrance.
