Forefield Rake with Boulder
Forefield Rake with Boulder
The Forefield Rake is a desolate piece of ground, a line of old mine workings trending WSW. to ENE. and is surely a continuation of the Friarfold Rake rising from the E. side of Gunnerside Gill. The view here is across the line of the rake and is taken from SW. of the high point of Great Pinseat.
