Queen's Quay, Belfast (2006)
Queen's Quay, Belfast (2006)
Queen’s Quay and the adjacent Abercorn Basin have been redeveloped beyond recognition. This involved the building of the Lagan Weir, cross-harbour road and railway bridges, the Odyssey Arena and a riverside path. The scrap yards are now inside the harbour estate. Coal as a fuel (and cargo) is almost dead. See also J3474 : Queen's Quay, Belfast (1990).
