TQ5716 : Gill in Coggers Shaw

Gill in Coggers Shaw
Gill in Coggers Shaw
No flow evident after a long hot dry spell. This gill is on the Wadhurst Clay - the many rock fragments in the shoal probably come from this formation which has small seams of harder strata such as sandstones. Very little light reaches down here in summer - 1/20 s, f/4, 1600 ASA!
