TQ5777 : New railway viaduct

taken 12 years ago, near to West Thurrock, Thurrock, Great Britain

New railway viaduct
New railway viaduct
The new Channel Tunnel Rail Link viaduct is skilfully engineered to pass under the QE2 bridge approach (background) and over the tunnel exits and local roads. Difficult to place precisely in the square without access to GPS since the viaduct and realigned roads are not yet on the map.
