Old Waverley footbridge
Old Waverley footbridge
The disused footbridge runs the length of the station between Calton Road and Jeffrey Street. It preserved an old legal right of way from Low Calton to Leith Wynd (on a north-south alignment replaced by the new aligned Jeffrey Street) from before the time when Waverley was built.
