Low tide at Waterloo
Even at high tide, the water in Broadford Bay is shallow. At low tide, large outcrops of flat rock interspersed with sandy areas are exposed. This view is towards Broadford from the township of Waterloo. The mountain on the right is Beinn na Caillich, with its summit in grid square NG6023.
