St Michael's Church, Mickleham
St Michael's Church, Mickleham
Grade II* listed church with 10th century origins. The nave dates from the late 12th century with the tower, south aisle and chancel (including the unusual round secondary tower seen in this photo) added in c 1300. The north aisle was added in a major restoration in 1872 when much of the church was rebuilt. For listing particulars see LinkExternal link.

In the foreground is the Jenkinson tomb - the Jenkinsons owned both Juniper Hall and Juniper Hill, nearby houses, in the late 18th century, the latter being built by them.
