Car park on the dismantled railway trackbed
The (dismantled) short track which ran from the railway station to the quay has been turned into a footpath and here it serves as the private car park for members of the sailing club. The section was opened in 1860, three years after the railway arrived in the town.
The Wells to Wymondham Branch Line
The branch line was one of the longest lines in East Anglia, running from Wymondham Abbey to Wells next the Sea, through four major Norfolk towns.
