A bit of clag! This portable is actually supplying much of the steam for the fairground via an underground pipe. This reduces the number of in ticket boilers in use in the fairground. The gentleman on the left is that doyen of steam enthusiasts Brian Hillsdon, a man who is much repsected for his encyclopaedic knowledge.
