Carnforth Station
Carnforth Station
A small boy waves to the driver, as Trans-Pennine Express unit No 185 102 arrives at Platform 2 with a service to Barrow. These trains provide a regular semi-fast service between Manchester Airport and Barrow. Most of them connect at Barrow with a Northern Rail service for stations on the Cumbrian Coast, but TPE does not see fit to acknowledge these connections in any way on its list of departures from Carnforth.
