TQ2948 : Canada Road - the end of the accessible section

taken 7 years ago, near to South Nutfield, Surrey, Great Britain

Canada Road - the end of the accessible section
Canada Road - the end of the accessible section
The bushes ahead obscure a bridge over the Redhill Brook, and high steel gates thereon, effectively barring further progress. The WWII military road continued to Clay and Bower Hill Lanes. It is not a public right of way from the last footpath crossing up to this point anyway, although apparently used as a footpath without hinderance. A great waste of a lot of hard work by the Canadian Army.
