The Big Shed - Chatham
The Big Shed - Chatham
This is an amazing building, built entirely of wood. Which used to cover a ship building slipway. There were several others the same size. It now contains a collection of historic lifeboats and a large collection of Royal Engineers equipment. The historic ship alongside is HMS Gannet, a Victorian Sloop, which has been restored for display.
