Liverpool Lime Street Station: Wirral line underground platform
Liverpool Lime Street Station: Wirral line underground platform
The Wirral Line in central Liverpool runs entirely in tunnel, performing a clockwise loop from James Street via Moorfields, Lime Street and Central, back to James Street then heading under the Mersey back to the Wirral. Thus there is only one platform at Lime Street.
