Giant's Cave, Avon Gorge
Giant's Cave, Avon Gorge
The action of water in this gorge has, over many thousands of years, created a network of caves. However, the biggest cave now opens out onto what is the sheer face, several metres above the current level of the River Avon. The main passages are open to visitors on limited occasions.
