SJ1887 : Hilbre Island

taken 12 years ago, 3 km from West Kirby, Wirral, Great Britain

Hilbre Island
Hilbre Island
This is a view of Hilbre Island with "Middle Eye" (Little Hilbre) in the Foreground. It's best to visit/ leave the island at least 3 hours before and after high tide (has to be from West Kirby). I used to go by 2 hours, but then I nearly got swept away!
