Tomb of James III of Scotland
Deposed by his son James during civil war at the Battle of Sauchie Burn in 1488, James 111 fled alone and was killed by a group of “vile persons”. He is buried at Cambuskenneth Abbey, Stirling. In the distance is the Wallace Monument.
