Dry streambed at Dibden Bottom, New Forest
This stream crosses the heath north of Dibden Bottom, past Rushbush, to join with the Beaulieu River. In the summer months it can dry up completely (in places). Bog myrtle grows in this moister area of the heath, and silver birch, holly and oak grow alongside the stream.
